Fresh Zone is located below the Extra Zone
and next to the Chill Zone 0 degree drawer.
6.5 Chill Zone 0 degree drawer
The Chill Zone 0 degree drawer is marked
with marked with . It is located at
the bottom part of the refrigerator
compartment.
The drawer allows you to:
• Chill beverages right before serving.
• Store ice cubes.
• Temporarily store frozen foods before
defrosting, allowing easy portioning.
Do not store fruits and vegetables in the
drawer.
Meat and fish may freeze in the drawer.
WARNING!
Remove drinks from the drawer
immediately after chilling. If you do not
remove the drinks, ice may build up and
damage the container.
To remove the drawer:
1. Pull the drawer out until it stops.
2. Once you reach the end of runners, lift
slightly the front of the drawer and detach
it from the appliance.
To put the drawer back into its initial
position, follow the above steps in
reverse order.
6.6 MultiSwitch+
The appliance comes with the MultiSwitch+
marked with , a specialized
compartment that may be used either as a
chilling or refrigerating compartment,
depending on your actual needs.
To set a temperature between 5°C and -3°C,
press repeatedly the corresponding
compartment key until you reach the desired
temperature. The temperature indicator
flashes for 5 seconds after the selection.
• Set the 4°C to use the MultiSwitch+ as a
fridge fresh food compartment.
• Set the -18°C to use the MultiSwitch+
as a freezer 4 star compartment.
Other temperature settings are considered as
incorrect use of the appliance and they do not
guarantee the proper preservation of food.
You may turn the MultiSwitch+ off by
pressing repeatedly the corresponding
compartment key until you reach "- -". The
temperature indicator flashes for 5 seconds
after the selection. This indicates the
MultiSwitch+ stops refrigerating.
After switching off, the MultiSwitch+
compartment obtains the ambient
temperature.
6.7 Removing and installing the
freezer drawers
To remove a drawer from the freezer
compartment:
1. Open the freezer door completely.
2. Pull the drawer out until it stops.
3. Lift slightly the front of the drawer and
detach it from the appliance.
