Hot cleaning should be done aer the 4 areas of the plancha have been cut.
It is advisable to wait a few minutes for the surface temperature to drop below 200 °C.
Pour water or ice cubes on the sll hot surface to allow the fat to loosen.
Use the spatula provided to scrape the fat, slide it into the fat collecon tray.
Then simply wipe o with a sponge or absorbent paper.
