Each of the 2 DUO generators used is remote from the plancha cooking unit. DUO generators should
be posioned if possible in a dedicated technical room which will be clean and sheltered from all pro-
jecons and all inltraon of grease and liquids.
Each generator should be supplied with fresh air through an appropriate air liter of desired dimension
120MM x 300MM. Each air lter must be posioned on the front of the technical room so as to be in
front of each DUO generator to bring in the fresh air as best as possible. The ow of fresh air required
for cooling each generator is around 160m3 / h.
It is also necessary to posion the 2 tangenal turbines supplied with the product, at the rear of the 2
generators so as to be able to force and opmize the extracon of the hot air which comes out at the
rear of the generators, to the outside. technical room and furniture.
ADVENTYS can oer oponal air lters which can be mounted on the front of the technical room.
