The following error codes may be displayed by the cooker if the conditions for its safe operation are not met:
WARNING CODES AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Error code Cause Solution
EO
Cookware removed from surface or non
compatible cookware used
Return cookware to surface or select
appropriate cookware
E1 Voltage lower than 85V
Abnormal voltage from Household Outlet,
consult electrician
E2 Voltage higher than 275V
Abnormal voltage from Household Outlet,
consult electrician
E3 Surface sensor open or short circuit Contact Customer Service
E4 IGBT sensor open or short circuit Contact Customer Service
E5 Surface temperature over 280 degree
Remove the pan from the surface of the
cooker and wait until the cooker cools
down before use.
E6
IGBT temperature over 105 degree, over
heat protection
Ensure there is adequate ventilation around
the unit. There should be a minimum of
10cm
CARE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
• Clean after each use. Disconnect the plug and wait until the unit has cooled down.
• If the surface is dirty, clean it with wet cloth.
• Keep the unit clean
• Ensure the fan inlet and outlet are clean
• Please consult customer service if there are any problems
