COOKING WITH INDUCTION

The Adventure Kings induction cooktop features a powerful, high-frequency electromagnet instead of heated

coils used in traditional ceramic cooktops. These magnets generate a magnetic field that heats the pan and

not the cooktop’s surface, resulting in up to 95% heat transfer efficiency.
