Support APIs for GPIO, smart fan control, multi-stage watchdog timer and output,
temperature sensor, hardware monitor, etc. Follow by PICMG EAPI 1.0 specification
that provides backward compatibility.

3.2 Burn-in mode: BurnInTest V8.1 Pro(1013)(CPU, RAM, 2D&3D Graphics and
Disk with 100%)
3.3 Idle mode: DUT power management off and no running any program.
4. OS: Windows 10 Enterprise
