After completing the card installation procedures, users can verify whether the PCIE-
1730 series card is correctly installed using the Device Manager, as explained below.
1. Access the Device Manager via the Control Panel/System/Device Manager.
2. The PCIE-1730 series card should be included in the list of installed devices, as
show in Figure 2.1.

After the Advantech DAQNavi driver and PCIE-1730 series card are properly
installed, users can configure the system using the Advantech Navigator Utility.
Note! If your card is correctly installed, the card name should be included in
the list of installed devices on the Device Manager tab. If the device is
listed but marked with an exclamation mark “!”, this means the card was
not correctly installed. In this event, remove the card from the Device
Manager list by clicking on the device and selecting the Remove option.
Then perform the device installation process again.
