7. If installation is successful, the below screen is displayed. For the other three
network ports, perform the same steps as 4 to 7.
3.3 Linux Driver Setup
1. Check Linux OS NIC driver: #sudo ethtool –i enp1s0f0.
If the driver i40e version is not 2.24.6, it is suggested you install the driver version
manually.
2. Go to the Advantech official website to download this NIC driver installation
package (the package name is: i40e-2.24.6.tar.gz).
Extract the driver file: #sudo tar -zxf i40e-2.24.6.tar.gz
3. Enter the driver folder: #sudo cd i40e-2.24.6/src
Compile the driver:
#sudo make
#sudo make install
4. Remove system drivers: #sudo rmmod i40e
5. # sync
6. # sudo ethtool –i enp1s0f0
