Safety Precautions - Static Electricity
Follow these simple precautions to protect yourself from harm and the products from
damage.
To avoid electrical shock, always disconnect the power from the PC chassis
before manual handling. Do not touch any components on the CPU card or
other cards while the PC is powered on.
Disconnect the power before making any configuration changes. A sudden rush
of power after connecting a jumper or installing a card may damage sensitive
electronic components.
RTC Battery Information
The computer features a battery-powered real-time clock circuit. The battery is at risk
of exploding if incorrectly replaced. Replace only with same type recommended by
the manufacturer or an equivalent. Discard used batteries according to the manufac-
turer's instructions.
Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or by mechanically crushing or cutting the
battery, can result in an explosion.

uniquement avec un modèle recommandé par le fabricant, et éliminer les piles
usagées selon les instructions du fabricant.
Éliminer une batterie dans un feu ou un four chaud, ou écraser ou couper
mécaniquement une batterie peut provoquer une explosion. Veillez à connecter le
cordon d'alimentation à une prise de courant avec mise à la terre.
