ITA-3650G Series Startup Manual 7
1. Take out ITA-3650G from its packing box and remove the 8 screws surrounding the machine, as shown below.
2. Separate the expansion module and heatsink. Take out the PE bag with MXM-1050 label from the accessory box. Attach
the aluminum block on the heatsink and thermal pad to the aluminum block (MXM-1060 needs to use an aluminum block
and thermal pad from PE bag with MXM-1060 label), as shown below.
3. Take out the 4 rubber blocks from the PE bag with MXM-1050 label and assemble onto GPU module (MXM-1060 GPU
module needs 6 rubbers), then use 2 screws to ax the GPU module as shown below.
4. Finally, the expansion card of the GPU module is combined with the heatsink, then assembled onto the bottom chassis
and re-assembled with the 8 screws surrounding the machine.
