1.1 Overview
This chapter provides an overview of Advantech industrial data acquisition (iDAQ)
modules for iDAQ-801 and iDAQ-841, ranging the product lineups, features and
accessories.
iDAQ-801 is a 4-channel DSA (Dynamic Signal Acquisition) module. It features maxi-
mum sampling rate of 256kS/s for each channel, IEPE current supply and anti-alias-
ing filter. It's suitable for acoustic and vibration sensing scenario.
iDAQ-841 is an 8-channel simultaneous sampling module. It features maximum sam-
pling rate of 1MS/s for each channel, maximum input range of +/-20V and selectable
anti-aliasing filter. It's suitable for high-speed dynamic signal sensing scenario.
