1.1 Introduction/ 产品简介 / 產品簡介
The HPC-6120 is a 1U short-depth high density chassis. It can support 2 x Full
Height/ 10.5” Length expansion slots, 2 x Half-Height/ Half-Length expansion slots, 2
x hot-swappable HDD Bays in short-depth under 19” length 1U chassis.
Featuring the latest in industrial design, the HPC-6120 represents a breakthrough
from the traditional, rigid concept of industrial PCs. HPC-6120 can adapt only with
proprietary server board ASMB-61 series to implement the feature of four PCIe
expansion slots. Two of them can support Full-Height/10.5” Length expansion cards
with PCIe x8 signal or become one Full-Height/10.5” Length expansion slot with PCIe
X16 signal via LR Riser Card; one of them can support Ha
lf-Height/ Half-Length
expansion cards with PCIe x4 signal; one of the them can support Hlaf-Height/ Half-
Length expansion card with the PCIe p20-x4 signal for internal I/O purpose.
These enriched expansion slots can fulfill almost all expansion possibilities of 1U
chassis demands in both the IEM and AOI field. For example: one PCIe x16 can be
used for GPU Card/ Frame Grabber Cards; two PCIe x4 can be NIC
card/ Accelera-
tor cards/ IO cards… etc.
HPC-6120 also supports 2 x hot-swappable HDD Bays and has multiple power solu-
tion: 500W single power supply or 1+0 non-redundancy 650W power supply.

的机箱内实现最大值 4 张扩充卡片的高度扩充性能。4 个扩展槽位分别可支持 2 张
全高 10.5 英寸长扩充卡与 2 张半高半长扩充卡。
HPC-6120 打破既有工业服务器机箱的设计窠臼，采用最新的设计概念，搭配其专用的
服务器主板 ASMB-61 系列使其能在 1U 高短于 19 英寸深的机箱内搭载 4 槽 PCIe
扩展槽。其中透过 LR 转板可在 1U 机箱内支持 2 槽全高 10.5 英寸长 PCIeX8 扩充
卡或 1 槽全高 10.5 英寸长 PCIeX16 扩充卡，透过 MR 转板可支持 1 槽半高半长
PCIeX4 扩充卡，透过 IR 转板可支持 1 槽半高半长 PCIX4 扩充卡 ( 无对外 I/O)。
这些丰富的扩展槽设计可满足绝大多数在 IEM 与 AOI 领域中对于扩充卡片的需求，
例如：1 槽 PCIeX16 可搭载 GPU 卡 / 影像撷取卡； 2 槽 PCIeX4 可支持网卡 / 加速
卡 /IO 卡或磁盘阵列卡等多种卡片的搭配可能性。
除了上述的扩充性，HPC-6120 也提供了 2 组热插入硬盘抽取盒可简化客户对于硬盘
的维护，同时 HPC-6120 更具备了多样的电源选项：500 瓦电源供应器或是 650 瓦
1+0 非冗余电源可满足终端客户于各个应用中的电源需求。
