1.2 Hardware System Diagram
The system hardware architecture for using the AMAX-5070 is shown in Figure 1.1.
LAN ports 1 and 2 can connect to the MainDevice (MDevice) via Modbus/TCP, with
LAN port 2 providing cable redundancy via EtherCAT. Refer to Figure 1.2 for the
cable redundancy system diagram in tree topology and Figure 1.3 for the ring topol-
ogy.
