5. During operation, except for the first use described above: Do not use the unit when it is empty for longer
than the time required to reach the desired temperature level in recipes that require it.
Use:
1. Place the unit maintaining the clearances described in para. 20.
2. Adjust the temperature by turning the temperature knob (8) from 100 to 230 degrees Celsius, according
to the recipe and your own cooking experience.
4. Place the baking sheet (6) or grate (7) on the oven rails (2). If you use your own food container, place it
on the grate (7).
5. Close the glass door of the oven (4).
6. Turn the timer knob (9) clockwise to set the cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes.
!!! NOTE: The appliance will not operate without turning the timer knob (9) from the zero position to the
desired baking time.
7. The power light (10) will illuminate.
8. Regularly check the prepared food for proper baking.
9. When the baking time has elapsed, turn all knobs to the zero position (maximum to the left throne).
Unplug the appliance.
10. Take out the prepared food with special care using the baking tray removal handle (11), and use heat-
resistant gloves to protect yourself from the high temperature of the appliance surface.
11. To turn the appliance off early, turn the timer knob (9) to the 0 position.
Cleaning and maintenance
1. Clean the appliance after each use. This will easily remove food residue and prevent it from burning the
next time you use it.
2. Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Start cleaning after making sure the
device has cooled completely.
3. Clean the appliance inside and out with a soft, damp cloth.
4. Use liquid cleaners that do not contain lumps. Do not use acidic, thinner, flammable and abrasive
(detergent powder) agents. Do not use wire sponges for cleaning. Do not use steam cleaning products for
cleaning.
The baking sheet (6), grate (7), and handle (11), can be washed with warm water and liquid dishwashing
detergent. It is recommended to clean acidic substances such as oil spills, lemon, etc. immediately.
5. Clean and dry the control panel and knobs with a damp cloth. Do not remove the knobs to clean the
control panel.
6. Do not use abrasive materials to clean the oven glass. These materials can scratch the surface and
damage the glass.
