Use:
1. Place the unit maintaining the clearances described in para. 20.
2. Adjust the temperature by turning the temperature knob (9) from 90 to 230 degrees Celsius, according to the recipe
and your own cooking experience.
3. Select one of the 5 available programs: by turning the knob (12) to the appropriate position:
12a. - Upper and lower heating elements + convection
12b. - Upper heating element + convection
12c. - Upper and lower heating elements
12d. -Upper heating element + spit
12e. - Upper and lower heating elements + convection + spit
4. Place the baking sheet (7) or the grate (8) on the guides (3) in the oven. If you are using your own food container,
place it on the grate (8).
5. Close the glass door of the oven (5).
6. Turn the timer knob (10) clockwise to set the cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes.
!!! NOTE: The appliance will not operate without turning the timer knob (10) from the zero position to the desired
baking time.
7. The power light (11) will illuminate.
8. Regularly check the prepared food for proper baking.
9. When the baking time has expired, turn all knobs to the zero position. Unplug the appliance.
10. Take out cooked food with special care using the grate / tray removal handle (13), and use heat-resistant gloves to
protect yourself from the high temperature of the appliance surface.
11. To turn the appliance off early, turn the timer knob (10) to the 0 position.
Using the spit
1. Put one fork on the axle of the spit with the sharpened side and slide it on the axle, then tighten the screw that is on
the fork to lock the fork on the axle of the spit.
2. Thus prepared spit pierce through the center of the product to be baked, stick the fork of the spit into the product.
3. Put the second pair of forks according to points 1 and 2 and stick them into the product from the other side,
"locking" the product on the axis of the spit.
4. Check that the product thus secured is placed centrally along the axis of the spit.
5. Place the axis with the square end in the spit drive coupling on the right side of the oven chamber, and place the
other end on the handle on the left side of the oven chamber.
6. Set the temperature control knob (9) to the desired temperature (e.g., 200°C)
7. Set the heating selection knob to (12e) or (12d), set the timer (10) to the desired baking time - the indicator light
(11) will come on.
8. When the baking time has elapsed, turn all knobs to the zero position. Unplug the appliance.
9. Take out the prepared food with special care and use heat-resistant gloves to protect yourself from the high
temperature of the appliance surface. Then use the spit removal handle (14) to grasp the spit axis. First lift the left side
and move to the left so that the right side of the axle comes out of the drive clutch. Then carefully remove the baked
food from the oven.
10. To turn the appliance off early, turn the timer knob (10) to the 0 position.
Cleaning and maintenance
1. Clean the appliance after each use. This will easily remove food residue and prevent it from burning the next time
you use it.
2. Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Start cleaning after making sure the device has
cooled completely.
3. Clean the appliance inside and out with a soft, damp cloth.
4. Use liquid cleaners that do not contain lumps. Do not use acidic, thinner, flammable and abrasive (detergent
powder) agents. Do not use wire sponges for cleaning. Do not use steam cleaning products for cleaning. Trays and
accessories can be washed with warm water and liquid dishwashing detergent. It is recommended to clean acidic
substances such as oil spills, lemon, etc. immediately.
5. Clean and dry the control panel and knobs with a damp cloth. Do not remove the knobs to clean the control panel.
6. Do not use abrasive materials to clean the oven glass. These materials can scratch the surface and damage the glass.
7. Store in a clean, dry place
