Battery Installation:
MAKE SURE THE DEVICE IS FULLY DRY BEFORE REPLACING BATTERIES
1. Unlock the battery compartment after by turning the compartment lock (K) either left or right to the horizontal position.
2. Using your fingernails, pull the battery compartment flap (L) toward you to open the compartment.
3. Insert 3 LR03 (AAA) batteries into the battery compartment, paying attention to the battery polarity drawn inside the
compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment, taking care that the seal inside fits snugly against the flap and does not allow water and moisture
to enter the compartment.
5. Turn the lock (K) to the vertical position to protect the compartment from water and moisture.
Time setting:
In order for the clock to work properly, it must be set before the first use.
- Use the M+/TUNE+ and M-/TUNE- (E,F) buttons to make settings.
- Use the TIME/SET button (G) to confirm the setting.
- You can only set the time when the radio is in standby mode.
1. Press the Power button (A) (A) to put the unit into standby mode.
2. Press the TIME/SET button (G) will display and start flashing the notification "24H" or "12H" change to your preferred format
using the M+/TUNE+ and M-/TUNE- buttons (E,F) and confirm with SET/SCAN (G).
3. Then set the hours and minutes with the M+/TUNE+ and M-/TUNE- (E,F) buttons and confirm with SET/SCAN (G).
▼ NOTE:
- In 12-hour mode, "PM" will be displayed in the afternoon.
Alarm on/off setting:
This unit can provide two alarms for operation.
- Use the M+/TUNE+ and M-/TUNE- (E,F) buttons to make settings.
- Use the AL1/VOL- / AL2/VOL- (C,D) button to confirm the setting.
- You can only set the time when the radio is in standby mode.
Alarm 1:
1. Press the power button (A) to put the unit into standby mode.
2. Press the AL1/VOL button (C) and the time will flash on the display.
3. Press the M+/TUNE+ and M-/TUNE- (E,F) (E,F) - buttons to select the desired time, and then confirm with the AL1/VOL- button.
4. Repeat step (3) to set the minutes.
5. Press the AL1/VOL- button to confirm, then select the wake-up sound (BUZZ or FM radio) using the M+/TUNE+ and M-/TUNE-
(E,F) (E,F) buttons
6. Press AL1/VOL- (C) to confirm, then select your preferred alarm volume (U-01 to U-1, default volume is U-08 ) .
7. After setting the alarm, you can long press AL1/VOL-(C) to turn the alarm on or off.
Alarm 2:
You can repeat steps 2-6 above to set the second alarm and confirm your selection with the AL2/VOL-(D) button.
Note: after programming and going into standby, only the Hour and battery status will remain on the display.
Snooze function
After turning on the radio or alarm, you can press the SNOOZ / SLEEP button (B) to sleep for a few more minutes. The alarm will
turn off for 9 minutes and then turn on again.
Sleep function
1. To activate the sleep function, press the SNOOZ /SLEEP button (B) on the unit, the LCD display will show "90, 80, 70, 60, 50,
40, 30, 20, 10, OFF." successively.
2. When the LCD display shows the desired sleep time, release the button. The sleep timer is now active and the SLEEP indicator
will light up on the display. The LCD display shows "10" indicating "10 minutes" sleep time and so on. When the sleep time reaches
zero, the unit will turn off.
Note: after programming and going to standby, only the Hour and battery status will remain on the display.
Radio operation
Press the power button (A) briefly to turn the unit on/off. Press and hold the power button (A) for 2 seconds to turn off the display
screen.
The backlight will turn on when the unit is turned on, and the backlight will turn off automatically if no button is pressed within 8
seconds.
