O V ERVIEW
The MDF2BLK is designed to be used in conjunction with one or more illuminated MDF2 panels in order to
create a checker-board effect. Please note that the MDF2BLK does NOT include any LEDs or intelligence, and
is intended simply to pass power and data signal to and from adjacent panels via its magnetic circuit ports.
NOTE REGARDING THE LOCATION OF DOCKING MAGNETS AND LIGHTING CIRCUIT PORTS:
•
Lighting Circuit Ports are located along the panel edges that are NOT marked with a Directional Arrow, and
include integrated magnets to aid with assembly. Five (5) of these ports are located along each edge.
•
Docking Magnets are located along the panel edges that are marked with a Direction Arrow, and do not have
any capability to receive or transmit power or signal. Four (4) magnets are located along each edge.
