Troubleshooting
Interference signal appears on the screen when shutting down the
system
• Inrarecasesinterferencemayappearonthescreen.Thismaybecausedby
signal rate of the video card and is considered normal. The image quality can
be improved by adjusting the phase or pixel rate.
The membrane power light is not ON
• PressthePowerOn/Offbuttonondisplaymembranetocheckwhetherthe
monitor is switched on.
• Checkthepowercordisproperlyconnectedtotherackdrawerandpower
outlet.
Screen image is not centered or sized properly
• Pressthe button for five seconds to automatically adjust the image.
Auto adjust can also be initiated within the geometry section of the OSD
menu.
• AdjusttheH-positionandV-positionsettingsviatheOSDmenu.
