1.0 系統概述/System Overview
1.1 功能簡述/Brief Of Functions
本系統為中置馬達項目採用的是 IPM(內置式永磁馬達) 馬達。
This system uses an IPM (built-in permanent magnet motor) motor for the mid-mounted
motor project
馬達是依據電磁感應定律實現電能轉換成動能的電磁裝置，主要作用是產生驅動轉矩，從而驅
動車輛產生運動。
The motor is an electromagnetic device that converts electrical energy into kinetic
energy according to the law of electromagnetic induction, and its main function is to
generate driving torque to drive the vehicle to move.

written permission from Adata.
威剛對任何超出此客戶技術文檔範圍之外的使用而造成的失效不負責。
ADATA will not be responsible for any use of this motor beyond this technical customer
specification.

We recommend including the below recommendations in the vehicle product manual
which is part of the vehicle delivery :
a) 確保馬達引出線與控制器間的端子連接可靠，避免端子短路或開路；
Ensure the connection between the motor wires and the ECU terminals is
secure to prevent short or open circuits；
b) 使用時不可超過馬達最大相電流
Do not exceed the Max. phase current during use.
c) 應使用足夠的擰緊力矩鎖緊馬達軸上的螺母，以防止馬達軸轉動；
Nuts must be assembled to shaft and locked tightly enough to
prevent shaft from rotating；
d) 馬達主動或被動旋轉過程中，不得將相線與訊號線端子短接，以免編碼器損
壞；
