Step 3: Drill the Holes on the Wall
NOTE: Before installation, make sure that the wall can bear more than the total weight of the
camera and the mounting accessories.
Using the drill template (included in the junction box package), mark and drill the locations of the
screw holes and one or two conduit holes (as needed) on the wall. The conduit hole is where the
cables will pass through the wall.
Step 4: Waterproof the Cables
1. Insert the cables, such as the network cable, power cable without connectors (if using the
bundled power adapter and power cord), etc., through a flexible conduit (not included in the
package).
NOTE: Only a power cable fits through the conduit hole of the junction box; thus the
installation of a power outlet to the power cable must be done inside the junction box.
