Q: Why can’t I hear sound playing from my earphones?
A: Please check if the volume is adjusted too low. Also, make sure that the
USB interface is properly connected to the audio port.
Caution
• Avoid using headphones when driving, cycling or other situations that
require a quick response or where hearing should not be impaired. Do
not use headphones for prolonged periods at high volume.
• Do not disassemble the device or operate the device under abnormal
conditions.
• Do not submerge the device in water.
• If the device could not be functional, or there was thermal abnormal
situation, please re-plug in the connector.
• If you still encounter problems after going through the corrective
measures, please contact your dealer or an authorized service center
for assistance.
