3.10 Network & mobile communication module
To adjust the network & mobile communication settings of the Smartvest Pro, rst select the
appropriate alarm panel in the overview and navigate to the Network & mobile communication
module menu item using the Settings button at the bottom right of the home screen and select it.
The following settings can be made here:
Please note that the PIN function of the SIM card must be deactivated.
Please deactivate the PIN beforehand using a mobile phone.
The mobile phone module is only suitable for MICRO SIM cards.
For NANO SIM cards, please use an adapter.
Please note that the settings are already configured at the factory and cannot be
changed.
DHCP: Activation and deactivation of the DHCP function
If DHCP is deactivated, the IP address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS server can be set manually. As
soon as you have entered the desired addresses, you can save the settings by clicking the "Conrm
entries" button.
Wi-Fi connection:
Here you can connect to a network via Wi-Fi. The QR code can be scanned directly from the router or,
if this is not available, the SSID and the corresponding password can be entered manually. To save the
settings, press the "Conrm Wi-Fi settings" button at the end.
