3.6 Actions & automations
To create and customise automations for the Smartvest Pro, rst select the appropriate alarm panel in
the overview and then use the Settings button to navigate to the general settings of the alarm panel.
There you select the Manage actions & automations button.
Here you now have the option of creating, editing and deleting new actions and automations. To create
a new automation, click on "Add new automation".
Automations are based on an "if" "then" principle. This means that "if" a certain event occurs
according to a schedule (e.g. a certain time range, a certain day), a component is triggered or a manual
triggering takes place, "then" an action is executed.
Examples:
• The wireless socket should be activated between 8:00 and 12:00 on Monday
• If the motion detector triggers, then activate the wireless socket
• If I press the additional button on the remote control, then activate the socket in the living
room
