4.1.2 Manage users and add new users
Add new users by entering an email address. Grant admin permissions if the invited user should be
able to add or remove components or manage system settings, for example. You can revoke and
reassign admin permissions later. You can select the language in which the invitation is to be sent to
the user. Click on the "Invite" button. The invited user will receive an email with further instructions.
The new user can access the alarm panel aer successful registration in the app and verication by a
security code.
Explanation of the dierent roles:
Admin
The system admin has all user rights for the system. The admin can also
create and edit automations and scenes. The installer also has the option
of giving the admin conguration rights so that they have the rights of
an installer.
Own role
(User-dened)
You have the option of creating your own non-admin user groups and
dening their permissions (see below).
Owner
(additional role)
The owner role is automatically assigned to the rst existing admin in
the system. The owner role cannot be assigned manually. In addition to
the admin permissions, the owner of the system has the permissions to
add, invite and delete users. The owner of the system is highlighted in
red in the user list.
