3. SNAP-ACTION RELEASE SAFETY DEVICE
3.1 CHECKING THAT THE TOOL IS WORKING
PROPERLY
The operator's ngers must not be close to the
grinding stones when the machine is connected
to the power source.
When the grinding stone is not in contact with
the surface release the trigger to stop the shaft.
The rotation does not stops immediately.
3.2 CHECKING THE TOOL
3.2.1 Disconnect the air supply from the tool (1).
3.2.2 Check the chuck is not damaged and freed
of debris.
3.2.3 Insert the correct tool according to chuck’s
diameter and lock by the mean of the open end
wrench (2).
3.2.2 Ensure that the shaft is correctly installed
and locked (2).
3.2.3 Connect the air supply to the tool (4).
3.2.4 Squeeze the trigger for a few seconds
and check the disc rotates without anomalous
vibrations. Do not use the tool if this occurs (5).

OR WORN PARTS OF THE TOOL. THE SAFETY
WARNING LABELS MUST BE REPLACED IF
UNREADABLE.
